Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

fjuja ("we", "us", "our") is an AI model comparison tool operated at fjuja.com. We are the data controller for any personal data described in this policy. Contact us at [contact@fjuja.com].

2. What We Store & Why

2a. Local Storage (Your Browser)

The following data is stored only in your browser using the Web Storage API (localStorage). It never leaves your device unless you choose to share it:

Legal basis (GDPR): Legitimate interest / strictly necessary for the service to function. No consent is required for functional local storage.

You can clear this data at any time via your browser's "Clear site data" or "Clear storage" function.

2b. Server-Side Storage

The following data is stored on our server:

Legal basis (GDPR): Legitimate interest to provide the service.

3. Google Analytics

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data. GA4 sets cookies and sends data to Google LLC servers in the United States.

What GA4 collects:

We have configured GA4 with IP anonymisation enabled. GA4 data is processed by Google under their Privacy Policy. International data transfers from the EU to the US are covered by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Legal basis (GDPR): Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Decline" in the consent banner or by using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

Change your choice: You can review or change your analytics preference at any time. Manage analytics preferences. Switching to Decline stops all further analytics immediately; switching to Accept resumes it.

4. Event Tracking (Anonymous Behavioural Analytics)

If you accept analytics, we may also use an event-tracking tool (such as Mixpanel, Tealium, or Amplitude) to collect anonymous behavioural data. This tool assigns a pseudonymous, randomly generated device ID to your browser session. No name, email, or account is required.

What event tracking collects:

Legal basis (GDPR): Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

5. Cookies

fjuja does not set any cookies itself. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics will set the following cookies:

If analytics are declined, no cookies are set at all.
